There are lots of different sub-cultures within the Goth movement which is why there are so many different clock designs available that have the label Gothic attached.

Gothic Rag Doll Clock

This Gothic rag doll clock is different to other Gothic designs that I've seen which is why it appeals to me. I love the Gothic fairies and Gothic ladies designs that you can get, but the rag doll adds a whole new effect to the image on this clock - don't you think?

The artist has captured the 'floppiness' of a rag doll perfectly which gives the whole image a kind of lethargic feel to it - I think this would totally suit a couple of teen girls that I know.

The colors will fit in really well with Gothic decor as well, this really would make a great clock for a teen Gothic style bedroom.

The Gothic Bird

Ravens are a bird of choice for some Goths, although I must admit owls are pretty cool as well.   Unfortunately for owls they didn't have such a good PR person as Ravens did - Edgar Allen Poe writing The Raven catapulted this humble black bird into the Gothic spotlight and it's not letting go anytime soon!

It would be quite remis of me not to have a section on raven clocks when we're compiling a selection of Gothic wall clocks wouldn't it?   

Skull Inspired Clocks

I must admit I'm not as taken by any of these skull inspired wall clocks, but I do know that a lot of Goths will like them so I've had to include them.   If I had to choose a skull clock to put on my wall I think I'd have to pick the purple one with lots of skulls on it, let me know your favorite in my guestbook.

Gothic Rose Clocks

Goths are a romantic bunch (well all of the Goths I know anyway) so it's hardly surprising that the red rose associated with love and passion is so highly prized in Gothic designs.   I also love the use of a black rose in some pieces of Gothic art.    

I think I've captured a great sense of Gothic emotion with this selection of rose wall clocks and I hope you can feel that too.
